(i) Wash, clean, slice 1 kg cauliflower, carrot and turnip each.
(ii) Chop finely 250 gm ginger,200 gm garlic and 400 gm green chillies.
(iii) Heat ten tablespoons of oil.
(iv) Add three tablespoons mustard seeds.
(v) Add all the ingredients.
(vi) Mix five tablespoons of vinegar.
(vii) Add 100 gm salt and mix.
(viii) Cool and fill in jars.
(ix) Pickle ready to eat.
