Changing .... Phrases to Clauses....in Sentences...
A phrase is a set of words containing no verb.... A clause contains verb, noun etc. A clause is like a sentence. But it is dependent on the main clause in the sentence. A clause refers to something in the main clause. The two clauses are joined by a conjunction.
She dances beautifully .... The Phrase is "dances beautifully ".
=> Clause: She dances which are beautiful.
He is wearing a silk pyjama. Here "silk pyjama" is a phrase.
=> He is wearing a pyjama which is silky.
He is wearing a pyjama which is made of silk.
How well she looks ! ... Phrase is " looks well"... that is to be changed.
=> She has looks which are good/well.
I am not sure of this.
