change in locality over past 2 or 3 decates

I have noticed a lot of changes in my locality over past 2-3 decades....

1 loss of greenery 
2 a lot of development 
3 change peoples attitude 
4 lot of corruption taking place
5 thefts have been decreased 
6 a lot and lot and lot of development 
7 change in economy (to be specific-economy has grown)
8 the cost of living has changed
9 access to each everything is very easy 
10 plenty of job opportunities 
11 lot of school to join 
12 there is NEW in everything!
13 laborers are less now
 
***if i keep i think many more will come

there have been many changes in my locality since 3 decades for example-
1) new roads have been built
2) people are changed
3) many new houses are built
4) many new facilities like modern kitchens etc are here
