Neither NTA nor CBSE in the past has ever published official topic or chapter weightage for NEET. They just release NEET syllabus and examination pattern.

What you see everywhere is just the outcome of analysing previous years papers. If you want to know such topic or chapter-wise weightage, trust only on your coaching and teachers.
