⇒The given sentence is in interrogative form.

⇒ We use "asked" or "inquired" to change these  sentences.

⇒ The transformed sentence will be in past so replace "have" with "had".

2. I said to the cook, "Go to the market and buy fresh vegetables."

⇒ The given sentence is an imperative sentence.
