Given sentences :

1. I can speak four languages.

  • We need to change the above sentences from affirmative to negative sentences.

Answers :

  1. I cannot speak four languages.
  2. All students are not present in the class.

Additional Information :-

Important points about a sentence :

  • A sentence is a group of words that gives complete meaning to the sentence.

  • A sentence must start with a capital letter.

  • Make sure that the sentence ends with a proper punctuation mark which is full stop. ( \red{\bullet} )

Example :

radhika is a good girl. ✗

Radhika is a good girl. ✔

\mapsto So, in the above sentence, firstly we used the first letter of sentence as radhika, which is not correct because the rule says that first word of a sentence must start with a CAPITAL LETTER.

\mapsto And in the second statement, we wrote the first letter of the sentence in capital letter. Radhika (Appropriate sentence). \checkmark
