Steps :-

1. Identify the tense of the active voice sentence. ( Here, Past Indefinite )
2. Identify the objects and the subject of the active voice sentence. ( Here, The teacher and Students are subject and object respectively.
3. If there are any preposition of time or place we would put it at the end of the passive voice structure.
4. Follow the given structure to make the passive of a sentence which is in Past Indefinite.
