There is no passive voice of most of the sentences ending with a complement, unless you do it forcefully. Here, I could perceive that there cannot be any passive form of the given sentence.

Rather, if it would have been oranges are sour it could make a quasi-passive voice of the same,

It will be

Oranges are tasted sour.
