These all are Present Continuous Tense,

Therefore,

S + is/am/are + 1st form of verb + ing + O => S + is/am/are + being + 3rd form of verb + by + O

1) He is being praised by his teachers.

2) I am being kept waiting by him.

3) The thief is not being interested by the police.

4) The resolution is not being passed by them.

5) Is the bell being rang by poem?

6) Are our goods being stolen by someone?

7) Is the servant not being sent by you?

8) Is the essay being written by me?

9) The country is not being loved by whom?

10) You are talking to whom?

Hope it helps you,

1) He is being praised by his teachers .

2) I am being kept waiting by him .

3) The thief is not being interested by the police.

4) The resolution is not being passed by them.

5) Mistake : It should be Peon .

Is the bell being rung by the peon ?

6) Are our goods being stolen by someone?

7) Is the servant being not sent by you ?

8) Is the essay being not written by me?

9) By whom is the country not being loved?

10) Who is being talked by you?

In these sentences , the tense used is Present continuous tense . Converting these types of sentences into passive speech , we use helping verb and being along with the third form of the verb .

In interrogative sentences , the helping verb is used before the sentence . For example : Is the peon ringing the bell? , we convert it into passive speech as Is the bell being rung by the peon?

In this , we have used the helping verb before to maintain the sentence as interrogative .
