Answer :-

1) Is the tree being planted by you?

2) Food is being cooked by my mother

3) Has a new dress been bought by you?

4) Chess was played by her.

Explaination :- The first question was in present continuous Interrogative tense. Its rule is :-

Is/am/are + sub + verb + ing + object + ?

When converting to passive, the rule becomes

Is/am/are + obj + being + verb 3rd form + by + sub + ?

Second sentence is present continuous.
The rule for passive is

Obj + is/am/are + being + verb 3rd + by + sub

Third sentence is in present perfect tense and in interrogative form.

Its passive rule is

Has/have + obj + been + verb 3rd + by + sub + ?

Fourth is simple past. Its passive rule is

Obj + was/were + verb 3rd form + by + sub

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️
