As you might’ve noticed, all these sentences are imperative sentences, and imperative sentences don’t mix well with passive voice. It‘s awkward and odd-sounding in its passive form.
So, unless you have to, NEVER use this sort of voice for such sentences as they are not only awkward but extremely hard to construct while staying true to the original sentence. I am aware that this is a question in some kind of book, but I doubt that they’d ever appear in exams; I’d say there’s a 1% possibility that it will.
