➡️ Indirect : I said that Rahim always spoke politely.

Rule : If Reporting verb ( I said ) is in the past tense, then the reported speech is also changed into the past tense.

10. Direct : He will say, " God loves all creatures."

➡️ Indirect : He will say that God loves all creatures.

Rule  : Reporting verb ( He will say ) is in future tense, so there will be no change in the Reported speech except Personal pronouns.

Rule : Reporting verb ( The judge  will say ) is in future tense, so there will be no change in the Reported speech except Personal pronouns.

Rule  : Reporting verb ( Praveen  said ) is in  past tense, so " will " of Reported speech will be changed into Past " would ". ( Modal rule, will - would )

Rule : Reporting verb ( The old man said) is in past, but it is an universal truth, so there will be no change. ,r s P.i w

➡️ Indirect : The driver said that the railway bridge had collapsed.

Rule : Reporting verb ( The driver said ) is in past, so reported speech will be changed into Past tense . Here, " has " is changed into " had  " . ( Present Perfect to Past Perfect ).
