Geeta ordered to do his/her (to whom she is addressing ) duty.
OR
Geeta ordered to do one's duty
When any direct speech starts with "do".. it is mostly considered as an order or command.
And when the sentence is in present tense we need to change to past in indirect speech. like says in the question changing to ordered in the answer.
