Given data:

speed = 6m/s

To find:

speed in Km/h = ?

Explanation:

  • The rate of changes in the position which is measured by the meters according to the time of one second is called speed.

The given value of the distance is in M (meter), we have to change the value in Km (kilometer). then

1Km=1000M\\\\\frac1{1000}km=\;1M\\\\1M\;=\;10^{-3}km

The given value of time is in s (seconds), we have to change the value in h (hour). then

1m\;=\;60\;sec\\\\\frac1{60}m\;=1\;s\\\\1h\;=\;60m\\\\1m\;=\;\frac1{60}h\\

the given value,  V=\;\frac{6m}s

by substituting the value of s and M(meter)

=\frac{6\;\times\;10^{-3}}{{\displaystyle\frac1{60}}m}

by substituting the value of m(minute)

=\frac{6\;\times\;10^{-3}km}{{\displaystyle\frac1{60}}\times{\displaystyle\frac1{60}}h}\\\\\\=21.6km/h\\\\\\

Therefore, the changed value of the given speed is that V=21.6km/h
