AnswErs :-

1. He was fined for coming late.

⇒ The Principal fined him for coming late.

[Here the doer is not mentioned. 'Principal' or 'Teacher' can be used instead.]

2. This project is hoped to be completed soon.

⇒ I hope that this project will be completed soon.

[Here again the doer is not mentioned. 'I' or 'She/He' can be used instead.]

3. Let your time not be wasted.

⇒ Do not waste your time.

[Here, it is clear that the sentence is Imperative. (Advice given) So the listener must be 'You' and time is 'Yours']

What is Voice ?

Voice tells us whether the subject of the sentence performs or receives the action.

A transitive verb, that is, a verb which has an abject, has two voices :-

→ Active Voice

→ Passive Voice

{NOTE - Passive voice is only used when the action is the focus, and the doer is unknown.}
