Moles of ethanol = 0.040 mol
Moles of water = 1 - 0.040 = 0.96 mol
Mass of ethanol = 46*0.04 = 1.84 g
Mass of water = 18*0.96 = 17.3 g
Mass of solution = 19.1 ( 1.84 + 17.3 )

Let density be g/ml of solution
Volume = mass/density
= 19.1/1 = 19.1 ml
= 0.0191 litre

Molarity = 0.04/0.0191
= 2.1 molar

Hope it helps you.
