Answer:

Contribution of Chola dynasty in the field of agriculture, administration, temple and irrigation is as follows: The Cholas levelled the land near Cauvery delta for any irrigation and cultivation. Artificial irrigation techniques were developed such as water tanks and other artificial water bodies. The Chola Raja Raja and Rajendra one built temples at Thanjavur are one of the finest examples of architecture at that time in India. The administration was also efficient as villages were grouped and some rich farmers were responsible for collecting the taxes from these groups. Brahmins were given land and they were looked after by higher Brahman landlords. Associations were also formed for better administration. For example, trade associations called Nagaram.
