 {x}^{2}  - 2kx + (7k - 12)  = 0 \\  {x}^{2}  - 2kx + 7k - 12 = 0 \\  {x}^{2}  - 2kx + 7k = 12 \\  {x}^{2}  - kx + k =   \frac{12}{2 \times 7}   \\  {x}^{2}  - kx + k =  \frac{12}{14}  \\  {x}^{2}  - x =  \frac{12}{14}  \\ x =  \frac{12}{14}  \\ x  =  \frac{6}{7} mark as brainliest
