- 1) According to the writer, the treasure was supposed to be hidden in the garden.
- 2) When the children first began to dig for the treasure, they found worms and stones.
- 3) They choose another part of the garden to trace the treasure faster.
- 4) The children requested Albert who lived near the garden to dig with them by saying that they would give him a part of the treasure if he helped to dig.
- 5) When the hole became deep, they found a great pot of red clay and full of precious jewels.
- 6) The children requested Albert to dig with them and even offered him to use the best spade to hunt treasure.
- 7)Albert went inside the tunnel and started digging and with his head sticking out of the hole. But suddenly the ground slipped and the children tumbled together in a heap and the top of the tunnel fell on Albert and thus in this way he got stuck in the tunnel.
