Answer:
1- Water transportation described as the movement of people and freight by boat, ship, barge or sailboat across ocean, sea, lake, canal, or river, or through other modes of water transportation. It is a vital method of transportation.
Water transportation is the most cost-effective method of moving large, perishable, and heavy products across long distances. This method of travel is mainly used to carry people, as well as perishable and non-perishable items together referred to as cargo.
Water transport is the most economical and historically significant method of transport. It runs on a nature track and, with the exception of canals, does not need significant financial expenditure in the building and maintenance of its route.
2-People of Sahara Desert
Among them are the Bedouins and the Tuaregs. These groups are nomadic tribes. They wear heavy robes to protect them from the harsh climate i.e. dust storms and hot winds. The tribes are engaged in animal rearing.
3-Due to higher altitude , in Ladakh, density of the air is less and the atmosphere is rarified. Oxygen level is less, people do find difficulty in breathing but get acclimatized that is the in built adjustment mechanism in human bodies that can optimize performance at altitudes within 4 to 5 days. However, elderly people, people with high blood pressure, with breathing problem find it more difficult to breathe .
