1/(total resistance) = 1/R1 + 1/R2 and so on.

R in wire = R

R in each of the 5wires = R/5

therefore, 5/R1 + 5/R2 + 5/R3 + 5/R4 + 5/R5

= 25/R'

so R = R/25

ratio = R/(R'/25)

= 25
