Question 1 - How did the scorpion make its way to the narrator's mother?
Answer - It was a rainy night and water streamed down into the scorpion’s hole. Having been forced to abandon its flooded hole, the scorpion, without any intention to sting anyone, came to the poet’s house for shelter and warmth
