a)- formation of coal is a dloe change because , coal is a fossil and fossils take millions of years to degrade and completely firm a new substance.

b) drying of clothes is a physical change beacause it is reversable. dried clothes can wet again and hence the change can be reversed...therefore it is a physical change.

c) burning of coal is a chemical change because a new substance is formed( ashes and oxides of sulphur) due to burning of coal. it is an irriversible change.
