In Helen Keller's life, Mark Twain was an important individual. They met in a lunch meeting in the country New York.
Mark Twain realised that Helen was a handicapped and she was struggling to overcome her problems. Seeing this, Twain wrote a letter to his benefactor named 'Henry H Rogers'. He asked him to arrange funds for the education of Helen.
They both became very good friends.
