Michael Anagnos worked in Perkins Institution for the Blind as the director.he was born in Greece, but later immigrated to the United States. He spoke both Greece and English.
Mr. Anagnos helped Helen Keler's father to find a suitable teacher for her. he found Anne Sullivan, a teacher who also had suffered from vision loss.he arranged for her to go to Alabama to help young Helen.Later, when Helen attended Perkins Institute for a period of 4 years she became a dear friend of Mr. Anagnos but during that period Helen when wrote her very first story it was found that the story was similar to that of a published one.The friendly bond between Mr. Anagnos and Helen began to deteriorate after he found out about Helen being accused of purposefully plagiarizing the published story claiming it to be her own creation.he was deeply disappointed in Helen due to the incident.
From this we get to know ,Mr. Anagnos was a man who was highly respected, tall in stature, friendly and helpful but was a man those trust once lost can never be regained.
this is just simple and attract the teachers.
