The story "Barber's Trade Union"is a very nice and inspirational story.It helps us to find ways how to deal with groupism in any situation whether it is in your office,school or any other situation.In this story its the people of upper class who alianate a poor barber named Chandu.The people of his villege are jealous because Chandu dresses far better than anyone in the villege.The people of Upper class become jealous of Chandu thus they stop ignoring and neglecting him.But Chandu knows his value,he clearly knows that he is the only Barber in the villege.He goes to town and then later returns.But now people of the villege value him and respect him they no longer ignore him.This shows that Chandu has a business  mind and he sees opportunity.He always knew that there is his monopoly in the villege
