The doctor loved admiring himself in the mirror and felt that he was good looking. On one such occasion, a snake fell on to his shoulders. This made the doctor numb with fear. He could not make even a sound, let alone attempt try moving. At that moment, he felt the presence of the Creator of the universe. The doctor could also make his imagination run wild. He began to wonder what medicine he should take if at all he suffered a snake bite.
A doctor is a poor person that can hardly make some money.
He lives in a house with no electricity to light anything.
Also, he was living with plenty of rats.
Since it is the start of his medical career, there was not much so he can buy to improve his condition.
