Edith Frank seen through Anne's eyes seems to be a bad mother and dissatisfied woman in life. She seems to be unsymphiatic .Anne gives many examples to show when she snapped at her over small matter or made fun of her in front of others . she lacks the feeling of understanding . she is quarrelsome. she is openly biased whatever be the matter  she hold Anne responsible for anything having gone wrong..
