Gheesu is the portrayal of an old man in his sixties in Munshi Premchand's Kafan. ... At the onset of the story he's depicted as a mean old man, but well towards the end, he picks up gray shades in his character. He is unruffled in all situations, just working his way like a leech, for his own survival.
