Helen's parents were doted on her and were deeply grieved and perplexed. They both always supported Hellen.
HER FATHER -:
Her father, Mr.Arthur H.Keller was a captain in Confederate Army.
Her father was a nature loving person. He was so attached to nature that wherever he went to live, he bought pots of plants, and kept them in his house.
He was a loving person, he tried to spend as much time as possible with his family. He was indulgent.
It was his love for nature only who inspired Hellen to be in love with tress, flowers, and plants.
