Mr Jordan was rather a jolly little man, who liked being humorous on all occasions. He had a bright, chirpy little voice. He was also quite greedy as it was he who reminded the gathering about grandfather's insurance money and the premium when they were discussing his assets for the division. He, like the other characters is also excited about getting his share of property after the supposed death of the grandfather. He too doesn't bother to have a doctor called to examine the grandfather.
