Mr Hermann Van Daan was a bussiness associate of Mr Otto frank.He was formerly in the meat and sausage bussiness. His family also went into hiding with frank's family.Mr Van Daan is rarely mentioned by Anne frank in her diary except when he was fighting with his wife or trying to pacify her.
