Answer: The parents of the child are very although strict but they truely loves their child. They are careless as they are not aware that they have lost their child in the hustle and bustle of the fair. They do not let the child to buy anything from tha fair. The parents are the true advocates of universal paternity discipling the child under tight vigilance.
