The character sketch of Prashant is as follows :
Prashant was a young boy who belonged to Orissa. He was 19 years old. He saw the devastation of his village very clearly. He was very soft from heart. During the havoc he was with his friend in the village of his friend. He returned his village as soon as possible.
He helped the people selflessly. He mobilised the youth and helped in clearing the vomits , dungs and carcasses. He asked the women to take care of children and work in the programmes run by government like food for work. He was having all the qualities of a good leader.

So,
Prashant was a boy who was living in Orrisa. One day he went to his friend house in other village. Then a devastating Cyclone with high speed storm came accross. After that the Cyclone reached to his (Prashant's) Village. He then became very sad after thinking all that. He then went again to his village to his Family. He found that everywhere is full of water and Carcasses were floating on water.
While returning he found some people of his village and with them he joined. They helped him to return his village. There at first he went to his home but he found no one there. After that he was able to find his family. When he found his family he became very happy. He hugged his Grand mother. There he saw that no one was there to took care of village then he set his mind that he would lead his Village. Then, he collected a group of Volunteers ( young,old and child) to clean the place. At first he cleaned the place which was full of wates like vomit and all.
After these all he with the volunteers forced the rice distributor to give them rice. But sad thing was that the rice was started rotting. Then he convinced the Orphaned and widowed to live under one roof. So that orphaned would get their love and widowed would get stick for their old age. After these all he organised a Cricket match so that everyone would enjoy.
Conclusion :- Prashant was a very good leader who lead his Village when no one was there to took care of his Village.
