Publius cimber was the brother of metellus cimber . He was banished that is he was not allowed to enter the state due some big wrong doings . Then his brother metellus cimber asks for enfranchisement of publius cimber . This is not agreed by caesar and remains constant at this decision. It's at the between of this argument that ceasar is assasinated. So the topic about publius cimber plays an important role in caesar's death.
