Sher Singh is a very brave twelve years old boy,  bold and self- sacrificing. He is fearless and courageous. By his daunting task he proves himself to be a brave son of Sher Singh Bahadur (a brave father). When he correctly took his brother Kunwar to the hospital challenging the devilry scenarios the doctor gave him the title 'Bahadur' - the title by which his father was known to the peoples of the village Ladwani.
