The little swallow wanted to go to Egypt to meet his friends but as it saw the happy prince trying so hard to help everyone in his city he started to have a soft corner for him. And when the prince gave away both his eyes to help the people, the swallow decide to decided stay forever with the prince as his eyes. This shows the caring attitude of the swallow. It flew over the city and helped the people in need. This tells about his kindness and compassionate behaviour towards others.
