Toto was quite mischeivious, though he was an intelligent monkey. He often scared the

Anglo-Indian ladies of their colonies. Toto imitates a few human activities such as in the case of bathing, he immitated author. Though Toto did not like any other animals staying with him as he did not like Nana staying with him. Toto was even fond of delicacies as he ate the Pulao cooked by grandmother. As every animals do, Toto also respected his master, author's grandfather, as he never did anything in front of him which would have annoyed grandfather.
