characteristic feature is the presence of muscular pharynx, presence of well marked sexual dimorphism ie females are longer than males and without cloaca while males have cloaca. Other features are they are bilaterally symmetrical, pseudocoelomate, triploblastic. they are mostly oviparous but some show viviparous nature like wuchereria .
