they are small multicellular green plans.

these are called the amphibians of the plant kingdom.

this is differentiated into stem and leaf like structures.

there is no specialised tissue for condensation of water and other substances from  part of the plant body to another.

examples are Marchantia,Funeria etc.

they have no flower.

the sex organs are multicellular.

an embryo is formed upon fertilisation.
