The hot weather season in India is from March to May .

1. It normally starts in the month of april and lasts till mid - september.
2. Its warm in the month of april , hot in  the month of may and june and its extreme conditions are in july and august.
3. In places like Rajasthan it is common for loos which are hot and gusty winds.
4. The season's effect changes from place to place in thiruvananthapuram it would be around 32 degree celsius while in jaipur it would be around 45 degree celsius.
5. At the end of summer there is a pre- mansoon showers in the states of karnataka and kerela which leads to ripening of mangoes . So it is also called as mango showers.
