The features of Indian secularism:
1. The state should not have any religion of its own.
2. All the religions shall be equally protected by the state.
3.Free exercise of right to freedom of religion.
4.State shall not discriminate against any particular religion. It means that the state shall not prefer, favour or disfavor any particular religion viz-a-viz others.
5.Religious tolerance.

It means no religion is regarded as national religion. State do not alm to any religion all are free to practise any religion.
