《Marchantia》▪ These are simple plants without roots or vascular systems. 

《Funeria》▪They reproduce Through spore formation. No vascular systems are present in it.

《fern》▪They are vascular plants, they have roots and leaves (called fronds) and in some cases they have true stems.

《Spirogyra》▪The genus of spirogyra contains organisms made of green algae that have spiral chloroplast arrangements and primarily live in freshwater environments.

Marchantia - Include in Bryophyta
Grow in moist soil but need water for reproduction
Thalliod , multicellular and autotrophic
Without true root , stem , leaves instead they have root like rhizoids , leaf like , stem like parts
structure is flat , ribbon like long
do not have specific conducting tissues
The characteristics of Funaria are same to characteristics of Marchantia
Spirogyra - Grow mainly in water
Do not have specific parts like root , stem , leaves
Include in thallphyta
Have soft and fibre like body
Fern - Plants have well developed root , stem , leaves
Sperate conducting tissues
Do not have bear flowers and fruits
