Uncle Podger is a man who is difficult to please and who does not allow anyone else to do a job. He is unable to do anything quietly or without creating a mess. uncle poger is a uncle of jerome k jerome the narrator .he was a strang nature .uncle poger used to create so much fuss but did practically nothing .once he was hang a picture on wall.it was very esay task and uncle poger was involved everybody in his work he lifted the picture and he cut his finger in the process
