Subphylum Cephalochordata -
- The notochord extend the entire length of their body.
- The notochord is persistent throughout their life.
- They have no true brain or skull.
- They have fish like body.
- They are exclusively marine.
- The sexes are seperate.
- Example - Branchiostoma.
They are together called as Prortochordates.
