Evans ,also known as 'Evans the break' was a clever thief. original e of nonviolent kleptomaniac. he was arrested multiple times which had made him a thief at the end. however he was rude enough, to be able to escape from the prison as many as three times. he was very amazing and good at making friends. do he did not have an attractive appearance, he had a cheerful smile which was reserved for the prison officers. he had the ability to do people what he wanted. we also had a way with deception. he took special care when disguising himself as others. specially in one case where he has disguising himself as the investigator. we never see him losing his cool which tells us that he is supremely confident of himself and always had a backup plan in his hand. storm and expertise, is almost like a negative hero.
