charge is not a scalar(or invariant)under rotation ;it is also invariant for frame of reference in relative motion. This is not always true for every scalar. For example, kinetic energy is a scalar under ortation, but is not invariant for frames of reference in relative motion. Explain this sentence clearly for brainliest.

Answer:

Charge is invariant means it does not depends upon speed (rotational or linear) of frame of reference. Yes the speed of charge varies according to frame of reference but the magnitude of charge remains constant (Q=ne), and hence it is independent from speed and frame of reference.
