There is an relation between charge number of electrons and charge of a electron. This relation says that total charge of a body is equals to the product of number of electrons in it and the charge of each electron. This is represented by the equation :

\maltese \: \orange{\mid{\underline{\overline{\textbf{q = ne}}}\mid}}

In this equation :

  • Q = Total charge.
  • n = number of electrons
  • e = Charge of a electron.

For this case :

  • Q = 4.8 × 10^-15C
  • n = ?
  • e = 1.6 × 10^-19C

Now by this equation we can say.

\maltese \: n =  \frac{q}{e}

After inputting the known values here we get :

n =  \frac{4.8 \times  {10}^{ - 15} }{1.6 \times  {10}^{ - 19} }

n = 3 \times  {10}^{4}

Therefore 3×10^4 electrons was transferred in this process.
