The Charge is Neutral.

sharuven3: Formally Ammonia (NH3) does not possess a charge. It contains a lone pair of electrons which can go away when NH3 accepts a proton to from NH4+. Now the system has a charge +1.

ammonia has no charge due to lone pair of electrons in one of the orbitals.and its stable that's why a lone pair electron not attract H+ and ammonia is also neutral molecule.
