Respected Sir, I have purchased Apparel item code 20ZO-779703 TOP from M/s Teenz Planet (GST No. 06AIAPC4905G1ZU), GP Enterprises, 98-99, Kunjpura Road, Near Hospital Chowk Karnal-132001. As per original label MRP of the product is Rs. 450.00 whereas shopkeeper changed the label and MRP of the product. New MRP as per shopkeeper label is Rs. 575.00, which is in violation of laid down rules and regulations. Invoice of the product was issued by the shop keeper as per modified label vide cash memo no. 1204 dated 25/09/2020. I contested with the shop keeper to charge price as per original label but he refused stating that only new MRP will be considered. You are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action against the shopkeeper under intimation to me. Also give direction to the shopkeeper to refund the excess amount charged along with the penalty, as applicable. Your prompt action will help in saving the interest of the consumer and desist shopkeeper from adopting such unfair practices. Ragards Nikhil.
